- Portfolio data — points balances, redemption history, and account preferences that you choose to enter into the hub.
- Payment information — processed by Stripe; we don't store full payment card details on our servers.
- Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited and features used, to improve the product.
How We Use Your Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Miles Machine hub.
- To send you transactional emails (magic link login, account updates).
- To communicate with you about your account and our services.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to run the product:
- Supabase — database hosting and authentication
- Vercel — web hosting
- Stripe — payment processing
- Anthropic — AI-powered features (no personal data is sent)
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Affiliate Links
We participate in affiliate programs and may earn commissions when you click certain links and complete a qualifying action (such as opening a bank account). Cookies
We use minimal cookies, primarily for authentication (keeping you signed in) and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Your Rights
You can request to view, export, or delete your data at any time by emailing us. We'll respond within 30 days. You can also delete your account from within the hub.
Children
Miles Machine is not intended for children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
